Make contact. The money will come.

ColdToGold keeps you focused on Gold Calling — real, personal engagement with a real person, whether that's a phone call, standing on their doorstep, a video meeting, or a voice message — by handling everything else. Stop worrying about the money. Stay on the outreach, and revenue becomes a numbers game, not a guessing game.

The clearest example: one week of calls

It's a numbers game

Every deal starts as a number, not a hunch, and the math doesn't care how you make contact. Take phone calls as the clearest example: make 50 calls in a week, and roughly 30 won't answer — that's normal, not a problem. Of the 20 you reach, maybe half are interested. Close even 1 in 5 of those, and that's 2 deals a week, every week, just from staying on the phone. If your close rate is lower, the fix isn't a better pitch — it's more contact. The averages do the rest.

The same law holds whichever door you're knocking on — literally or not. A doorstep conversation, a video call, a voice message that gets a real reply: each one is still a "contact" in the numbers game, and each one carries something a text or email can't — a real voice, a real conversation, the kind of personal engagement people actually respond to. Technology just gives you more ways to have that conversation, not a replacement for having it.

ColdToGold's whole job is to make it easy to keep making contact: it remembers who's next, what was said last time, and what's due today — so the only thing left for you to do is have the conversation.

For the person doing the outreach

No more sticky notes, spreadsheets, or half-remembered conversations. Every call, doorstep visit, video meeting, voice message, and note lives on the customer's record — pick up exactly where you left off, every time, so nothing slows down your next conversation.

For teams

Everyone works off the same live pipeline. A manager can see who's been contacted, who's gone quiet, and what's about to close — without chasing anyone for an update. Nothing gets missed because it only existed in someone's head.

For the business owner

Stop losing revenue to leads that quietly went cold. ColdToGold surfaces what's stalling, what's about to pay off, and who needs a conversation today — so growth comes from staying on the numbers, not from chasing new leads you haven't found yet.

Built for any business that reaches out to sell — not just one industry

ColdToGold started with field-service trades, but nothing about it assumes a trade, or assumes the phone is your only tool. Whether your team works the phones, knocks on doors, runs video meetings, or mixes all three, stages, job types, and workflow are yours to configure. If growth comes from staying on the numbers and having real conversations, it fits. If your sales motion doesn't involve that kind of pipeline, it may not be the right tool, and that's fine.

What's in it
A dedicated calling queue that keeps feeding you the next contact
One unified customer timeline covering every call, doorstep visit, meeting, and note (no digging through separate popups)
Reminders that sync to your calendar
Role-based access so reps see their own patch and managers see everything

Reminders that land in the calendar you already use

Connect Google or Microsoft once, from Settings. From then on, every reminder you set goes where you already look.

Task reminders
Become items in Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do, with the due time and note you set.
Appointments
Event reminders and job appointments become events in your calendar.
Clash check
When you save, ColdToGold checks whether that time is already booked. Nothing from your calendar is stored.
Disconnect any time from Settings → My account. Without a connection, every reminder still has a calendar link and an .ics file.

Questions

Is it only for trades?
No. It started with fire safety, test & tag and automotive, but stages, job types and workflow are set in Settings to match how you sell.
Is it only for phone calls?
No. Calls are the clearest example of the numbers game, but a doorstep visit, a video meeting or a voice message counts as contact too, and each one lands on the customer's timeline.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Gold Calling runs in your phone's browser: today's list, the call in progress and the customer record, with large buttons for logging an outcome.
Do I have to connect my calendar?
No. Reminders work on their own, and each one has a calendar link and an .ics file. Connecting Google or Microsoft puts them in your calendar and task list for you.
What does ColdToGold see in my calendar?
It checks whether the time you picked is already booked, at the moment you save a reminder. Nothing from your calendar is stored or shown anywhere else.
Who on my team can see what?
Owners and managers see everything in the organisation. Reps see the records they own, unless a manager gives them more.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Your data is yours, and you can export it at any time.
